It's important to me to demonstrate that I'm not easily rattled or surprised. My journey in this field has been profoundly shaped by personal and professional growth. Despite the best intentions of my family, I found myself independently navigating some incredibly challenging experiences. Through this path, I've gained a deep understanding of how past wounds can affect one's sense of self and relationships.

The birth of my daughter ignited a powerful commitment within me to understand and heal. This commitment was driven by my desire to create a brighter future for her. Confronting and reconciling with the legacy of my childhood has become an integral part of my journey – one that I'm on to break the cycle and ensure she doesn't carry the same burdens I did.

I've explored coping strategies that were my lifeline as a child but are no longer suitable for my adult life. This exploration wasn't a solo venture; it's been a voyage of self-discovery, where I've learned to embrace my life's journey with empathy, compassion, and self-love. While those old coping strategies may occasionally resurface in moments of transition and stress, I've actively fostered a more compassionate relationship with myself, allowing room for imperfections and self-forgiveness. This journey holds immense personal significance because it's not just about healing myself but also about paving a brighter, more hopeful path for my husband, daughter, and future generations.
